The first step to using 2D barcodes is to enable them! Let’s walk through how to enable 2D barcodes and get you back to building your business!

Step 1: Log into your Amazon seller central account and click on the settings wheel in the top right.

Step 2: Click on “Fulfillment by Amazon”.

Step 3: Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and find the “Inbound Settings” section of the page

Step 4: Find "2D Barcodes for Box Content Information". If it says "Enabled" you are good to go! If it says "Disabled" go to Step 5.

Step 5: If it says "Disabled" click on the "Edit" button in the top right of the Inbound Settings section.

Step 6: Navigate to "2D Barcodes for Box Content Information" and click "Enable". Next click the Update button and you are done!
