Connecting Your Boxem Account to Amazon
When you log into your Boxem account for the first time, you'll be guided through a simple process to connect your Amazon Seller Account. This connection ensures that Boxem can communicate seamlessly with Amazon, keeping your inventory and sales figures up to date as you ship products.
Note: A Professional Amazon Seller Account is required to connect to Boxem.
To get started, click Connect.
A window will appear with more information about connecting your account.
Click Connect to Amazon now.
You'll be redirected to Seller Central. If you need to log in to your Seller Account, you can do so now.
Next, you'll see a page detailing what information Boxem is requesting access to.
Click the checkbox, then click Confirm.
That's it! Amazon will complete the authorization and direct you back to Boxem.
The initial sync process may take up to 24 hours to complete, depending on the amount of data that needs to sync. Once completed, you'll have full access to each area of your Boxem account.
From here, you can manage Boxem's connection to your Seller Account from your Account Profile as needed.
