Shipments - Overview
With the Shipments Overview page, you have the power to manage your working shipments and refer to your completed ones, all in one convenient location.
To navigate to this page, click Shipments from the left menu.
At the top of the page, you'll see options to filter shipments by Incomplete, Shipped, or Closed.
Need to locate a specific shipment? Use the search bar to find it by the shipment name or ID.
When viewing Incomplete Shipments, you'll see the following information for each shipment in the list:
- Shipment name
- Type (BOL button for LTL shipments with shipping charges accepted)
- Current step
- Units added
- SKUs added
- Created timestamp
For shipments with shipping charges accepted, clicking Mark as Shipped lets Amazon know it's on the way to the destination. This action also removes the shipment from the Incomplete list but will still be available on the Shipped list.
Clicking Resume will take you back to the step you left off on with the shipment.
If you don't wish to continue with a shipment, click the vertical ellipsis and select Cancel.
When viewing Shipped shipments, you'll see the following information:
- Shipment name
- Type (BOL button for LTL shipments)
- Status
- % of units received
- Total units
- Total SKUs
- Created timestamp
If the shipment status is Transport confirmed, clicking View will take you back to Step 4: Review & Ship with the shipment. Once there, you can reference shipment details and void shipping charges if needed.
If you don't wish to continue with a shipment, click the vertical ellipsis and select Cancel.
When viewing Closed shipments, you'll see the following details:
- Shipment Name
- Type
- Status
- % of units received
- Total units
- Total SKUs
- Created timestamp
Clicking View will take you to the step where the shipment was left off when it was canceled for reference.
