Step 4: Review & Ship

In Step 4: Review & Ship, we'll take one last look at our shipment before accepting shipping charges and printing shipping labels.

Similar to Step 3, the name, destination, and number of units in the current shipment will be displayed at the top of the page. If Amazon split the products in the shipment between multiple destinations, you can click the arrow next to the current shipment name to select the other shipments.

The left side of the page shows a list of the boxes in the shipment. On the right side, you can review the shipment details before accepting the shipping charges.

Boxes

The namedimensions, weight, and list of products assigned to each box are displayed.

Note: For shipments without box content entered in Boxem, only the box names, dimensions, and weights will show.

A button to Print FBA Box Label is available for each box.

The boxes will display each product's imagetitleASINSKUCondition, and quantity.

Next to each product are buttons to Print FNSKU labels.

Click the arrow next to the box name to hide or show the list of products in that box.

The Shipping Details will show the following information:

  • Ship from address
  • Ship to address

The Shipping Contents area will show:

  • Total number of boxes
  • Total number of SKUs
  • Total number of units

To confirm the charges, click Accept Shipping Charges.

Clicking the arrow on the button will show other options for printing, including Print Only FBA Box Labels and Print Only UPS Labels.

A timer shows the remaining time to void the shipment charges. If needed, you can click Void shipping labels within 24 hours of accepting them.

Once you've finished prepping your shipment and applying labels, it's ready to be shipped!

Amazon can take a while to update shipments from "working" status to "in-transit". Once you've completed a shipment, you can click Mark as Shipped to let Amazon know it's on its way to the destination.

Note: This action will also remove the shipment from the Incomplete list on the Shipments Overview page in Boxem. (Don't worry- it will still be available in the Shipped list!)

At the top right, you can click the Print Pallet Labels button to print pallet labels.
